Personal Banker - Bancassurance

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Bancassurance expert with a successful sales background to join our vibrant team. If you hold the necessary PCEILI and TBE licenses and have a history of achievements, we want to connect with you.

What you’ll do:

• Offer expert financial guidance to bank clients.
• Actively promote and cross-sell insurance products.
• Cultivate and nurture lasting customer relationships.
• Meet and surpass sales objectives.

Requirements:

✅Minimum of 1 year in bancassurance, insurance, or a similar financial sales capacity.
✅Possession of the PCEILI and TBE licenses.
✅Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
✅Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
✅High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
✅Readiness to work within a bank branch setting
