What We Are Looking For

You have the core certification, but you also need the drive and mindset to excel in a high-level technical consultancy role.

• Qualifications: BPCA or RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management is essential. A biological science degree is a great bonus, but strong determination to study and pass advanced qualifications is what truly counts.

• Technical Mindset: Sharp problem-solving skills, solid computer literacy, and the ability to write detailed technical reports.

• Communication & Leadership: Comfort speaking with anyone on site, from line operators to Managing Directors. Prior experience leading a team is a huge plus.

• Real-World Savvy: Practical, handy, and ideally experienced in or around high-spec environments like food manufacturing or production.

• Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence for manual vehicles is essential.
