Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote Organon’s Cardiovascular and Women’s health products to relevant health care professionals in a scientific and compliant manner
- Execute promotion activities to reinforce promotional messages, increase brand awareness and address customer queries.
- Generate demand, ensure order generation to achieve assigned sales targets
- Ensure coordination between Customer-Organon-Distributor to ensure contracts are in place, appropriate stocking and deliveries.
- Monitor account sales and share regular feedback with Sales Manager
- Implement and monitor trade / discount and other programs as required by country commercial team.
- Identify new business opportunities in Private Medical Centre & GP Clinics.
- Develop and establish strong working relationships with our customers and business partners.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the HCPs needs.
- Good Communication and Organizational skills
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Passion and drive for sales and for bringing healthcare solutions for patients
- Degree / Diploma in in biology / pharmaceutical / related sciences is highly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceuticals / related sales experience
- Experience in Cardiovascular / Metabolic / Women’s Health is an advantage.
- Strong team player and willingness to learn
- Should have a valid license and car at disposal
- Local Singaporean/PR
