About this role

Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s prescription. Review prescriptions for dosage, interactions, and contraindications. Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers. Maintain proper records of narcotic and scheduled drugs as per regulations. Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines and medical supplies. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. Check expiry dates and remove expired or damaged medicines from stock. Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication-related queries. Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and compliance with hospital policies. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory pharmacy guidelines. Support inpatient, outpatient, and emergency medication requirements. Prepare and submit pharmacy-related reports as required. Requirements Qualification Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm) Valid Pharmacy Council Registration Experience 0–3 years of experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy setup preferred
