What you'll do
- As part of the health care team, practices Pharmacy as a knowledge-based clinical profession, and integrates patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities.
- Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers.
- Advises the same with respect to drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy.
- Serves all patients to include, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

Qualifications
