Pharmacy Program Team Lead - 12 month contract

Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Supervises performance against operating metrics, reassigns tasks, and resolves routine issues to sustain delivery reliability. Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards; escalates exceptions per defined thresholds. Maintains compliance with safety, privacy/security, and documentation standards while reinforcing required training and practices. Implements small-scale process and tool improvements using established methods and validates outcomes with defined metrics. Administers people management activities including onboarding, coaching, performance tracking, and documentation in line with organizational practices. Communicates status updates, service expectations, and workflow dependencies to team members and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, pharmacy technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy operations, pharmacy support, medication access, reimbursement, fulfillment, or a related healthcare operations environment required. Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred. Certification in pharmacy technician support, pharmacy operations support, or equivalent preferred.
