What you'll do
- Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assists customers by promoting products/services, offering direction for use of self-serve equipment, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions and resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management where appropriate.
- Executes workflow and customer orders, performs quality tests, calibrates equipment to ensure optimum results and monitors chemistry in equipment.
- Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.
- Ensures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise, identifies high shrink items and maintains a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.
- Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
- Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
- Associates in the Photo Lab role occasionally handle Cash and are Cash Trained.

Position Summary...
