The property is a two-bedroom apartment with one main bathroom and one en-suite shower room. As the principal lives alone and the apartment is relatively small, the workload is light and intended to maintain the property in good order on a regular basis. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of the apartment and ensuring that household tasks are completed to a high standard. Particular attention should be given to working carefully with the natural materials within the home, including engineered oak flooring. This position requires a communicative and reliable individual who will attend the scheduled working hours consistently and inform the principal in advance should any changes be required.
