What you'll do
- Implement management system and ISO 17025
- Manage and improve operations workflow, processes and resources, to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory
- Monitor the daily operation to ensure high level of technical compliance and quality performance of the laboratory
- Develop and implement new testing method and regulatory; build up testing capacity to align with demands
- Identify potential issues in the laboratory; analyze and provide timely resolution of technical problems
- Provide technical training or seminars to clients or staff
- Review data from technical personnel to reporting personnel; review and approve physical test report
- Report inadequate resources to upper management

- Master or Degree holder of Physics or Mechanical Engineering
- Must 6 years or above working experience in physical testing laboratory
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditations body
- Strong knowledge of mechanical testing standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, ISO, CPSIA, etc.)
- Good trouble shooting and supervision, leadership skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Analytical mind and logical thinking
- Initiative, organized and able to work independently

Position: Physical Laboratory Assistant Manager/Manager (Consumer Products - Toys & Hardlines)
Team: Physical Laboratory
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City - Cat Lai WardImplement management system and ISO 17025;
