- Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
- Partners with a diverse range of departments, business areas, and medical leaders across the organization.
- Conducts effective onsite visits with leaders and candidates.
- Proactively develops talent pipelines to meet organizational needs.

Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Human Resources, Healthcare or other related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of human resource principles, policies and procedures.
Computer and data management skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and advanced MS Outlook skills.
Must have interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and change priorities as appropriate.
Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.
Able to deal discreetly with confidential information, including physician salary ranges.
Must be self-starter who can independently manage own projects and time.

Pay Range is $97,032.00 to $145,558.40 / annual salaryThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
