Pipework Riggers - 4 required

Aureol Global Connections is currently hiring 4 skilled Pipework Riggers to join our dedicated team. As a Pipework Rigger, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient lifting and positioning of pipe sections and components on job sites. Your role is critical in ensuring that all rigging and lifting operations are performed safely, adhering to industry regulations and standards. Responsibilities

• Set up rigging equipment to lift and position pipework and related components as per project requirements.
• Inspect rigging equipment such as slings, chains, and hoists for safety and compliance prior to use.
• Collaborate with the Pipefitters and other trades to ensure seamless integration of pipework during installation.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all rigging and lifting operations.
• Monitor lifting operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure safe and accurate positioning of pipe sections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety and efficiency on-site.
• Document rigging activities and report any issues or incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in rigging preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rigging, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of rigging techniques and safety practices related to lifting operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including rigging plans and load charts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing job site conditions.
• Physical capability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and any additional relevant certifications in rigging and safety.
