Principais Atividades:      

• Atuar junto às assistências técnicas, prestando suporte e realizando auditorias, trabalhando na melhoria dos atendimentos técnicos;
• Efetuar avaliações técnicas nos produtos do portfólio, avaliando peças e determinando reposição, caso necessário;
• Realizar testes em produtos e produzir relatórios referentes aos testes realizados;
• Elaborar pareceres técnicos de eventuais falhas, atuando em sinergia com o time global.

Requisitos:

• Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica ou áreas afins;
• Experiência com manutenção, diagnóstico e reparo de produtos eletrônicos e/ou atuação em assistência técnica e suporte ao consumidor;
• Inglês avançado;
• Disponibilidade para atuar em Nova Santa Rita/RS.
