Planner

Base Location: - PHQ or Chakan Warehouse

Manage Returnable Packaging and resolve horizontal plan shortages to keep the packaging supply chain uninterrupted.

Direct shipments from 3PL container management centers, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of returnable packaging.

Address and resolve supplier- and plant-raised packaging and materials issues

Maintain accurate asset management controls and inventory records for returnable packaging assets.

Publish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for container centers on a weekly basis and for sites on a monthly basis.

Lead quality management system (QMS) improvement plans and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance packaging operations and lead OPEX savings.

Execute daily operational planning and mitigate risks across the packaging supply chain.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement tactical and strategic improvements.

Utilize supply chain planning systems to ensure consistent and reliable signals throughout the supply chain.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience or knowledge in returnable packaging supply chain planning is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to optimize packaging flow and asset utilization.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and manufacturing plants.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools related to inventory control.
