Planning Dentist - RM

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive treatment experience from consultation through treatment completion.
• Understand patients' dental concerns, educate them about recommended treatment plans, and address their queries with empathy and clarity.
• Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships by providing timely support and ensuring a high standard of patient care.
• Coordinate with dentists, clinic teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth scheduling, treatment planning, and follow-ups.
• Guide patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they are well-informed, comfortable, and satisfied at every stage.
• Proactively follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment progress, and post-treatment care to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all interactions are documented in accordance with organizational protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
• Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster long-term patient relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
• Languages: Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
