We are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-starting Planning and Ops manager for Center of Excellence team within Inventory management team who can drive innovation, set up the processes and execute in the space of inventory management for a premium seller cohort (P3P sellers) for Amazon India business within marketplace business model.
You will closely work with seller leaders to drive short/mid/long term solutions to address the inventory management by enabling right product/tech, driving process excellence and improving seller/vendor experience to support scalable growth and strategic business advantage.


This is a cross functional role with significant influence requirement across Amazon internal and external (Seller) stakeholders. In this role, you will be in-charge of driving end-to-end system/process improvements working with Seller ISMs, SC Ops teams, vendor operations, and delivering on key operation programs which makes the Amazon India business sustainable and profitable in the long term. You will create, write and review business cases, perform supporting research and analysis, and develop solutions from conceptualization to execution and monitoring.
This position requires strong self-motivation, self-starting and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with all the category leaders, internal Operations and Product leaders across strategy and execution to solve complex in-bounding and inventory management problems. The candidate will have ownership on defined projects and developments working with cross-functional teams to deliver on seller / vendor performance improvement.
