Plant Controller (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Ownership: You take ownership of plant controlling for the production site and provide transparency on costs, financial performance, and profitability.
• Analysis: You analyze budget deviations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and derive actionable measures to improve performance.
• Planning: You actively support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning processes, providing a solid basis for business decisions.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Production and Logistics, you analyze cost structures, material flows, and efficiency potentials across the value chain.
• Performance Management: You continuously monitor and further develop production and financial KPIs to support operational and financial performance.
• Continuous Improvement: You contribute ideas for the optimization, standardization, and automation of controlling processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: You bring several years of experience in plant, production, or supply chain controlling within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Expertise: Cost accounting, product costing, and the financial management of a production site are part of your professional toolkit.

• Systems: You are a confident user of SAP and Excel in your daily work; experience with BI solutions is considered an advantage.

• Mindset: You approach topics analytically, challenge assumptions, and drive initiatives forward independently.

• Digitalization: You see new technologies, automation, and data-driven ways of working as opportunities to further develop and modernize controlling.
