About this role
Support the operational excellence of Novisto's ESG platform by structuring, validating, and maintaining complex ESG data and framework configurations. Apply deep platform expertise to ensure data quality, resolve complex configuration challenges, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver a scalable, accurate, and secure customer experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Process, structure, and validate ESG and platform data to support framework implementation, configuration, and operational deliverables.
- Map and digitize ESG standards, questionnaires, and regulatory frameworks within the platform, ensuring structural consistency and data integrity.
- Perform quality checks and data comparisons to ensure platform content is accurate and up to date.
- Develop deep operational knowledge of the platform and become the internal reference on how specific functionalities behave and should be used.
- Act as the operational relay between Platform Operations and internal teams (Customer Success, ESG Analysts, Product, Engineering), turning platform questions into clear, actionable answers.
- Serve as a deep level of escalation for platform and configuration issues, qualifying and documenting them before Engineering engagement.
- Partner with Customer Success on complex cases requiring advanced platform expertise.
- Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and configuration best practices, and keep them current.
- Surface recurring operational patterns and issues to Product and Engineering to inform platform improvements.
- Follow the policies and procedures
- Respect and follow the established security controls
- Report any risk, incident or anomalous situation that could affect the security of Novisto or customer data
What we are looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience working on a SaaS product, including hands-on customer or internal support experience.
- Proven ability to investigate, qualify, and resolve product issues, and to know when and how to escalate.
- Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to learn a complex platform in depth and become the person others rely on for answers.
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ESG data or sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, CSRD/ESRS, CDP, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (French/English) is a plus.
