Join Primark's Core Technology Platforms team as a Platform Product Manager - Integration, where you'll own the strategy, development, and ongoing success of key integration products. You'll work closely with technology and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions, drive product innovation, and support Primark's digital transformation across a global retail environment.

Job Description

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for integration platforms, from discovery and design through to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define, manage and prioritise the product backlog based on business needs, customer feedback and strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with organisational goals and technology strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and business teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities.
• Lead sprint planning, release management and prioritisation activities within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Monitor platform performance, adoption, operational health and service improvements to maximise business value.
• Manage stakeholder communications, governance processes, risks, budgets and third-party vendor relationships.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years' experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Technology Delivery roles.
• Experience managing enterprise technology products, platforms or integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps, backlogs and prioritisation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, governance requirements and complex delivery dependencies.
