Platform Technical Analyst

As an Intermediate Cloud Platform Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies while contributing to the stability and scalability of mission-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, monitor performance, and implement improvements that align with our commitment to operational excellence. Position Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
• Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues, escalating as needed.
• Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility.
• Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Provide on-call support on the assign schedule
• Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday – 9am to 6pm PHT
• Work Setup: Hybrid – Required to work on site 3 days per week
•  Location: Quezon City

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub).
• Exposure to Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools.
• Understanding of cloud architecture and security principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and customer-centric approach.
