Playable Ads Strategist - Internship

Team

Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.

The Playable Ads team sits within our Growth org and turns mobile games into fully interactive ad experiences: mini-games that run inside an ad unit and make people stop scrolling. Our work directly drives millions of downloads worldwide. We obsess over performance, creativity, and staying ahead of market trends, and we do it fast.

Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market and mobile advertising, as well as the interactive ads marketing. You will join a high-performing team and:

• Editing video content for high-performing mobile ads

• Creating 2D assets and UI visuals for ad creatives

• Benchmarking competitor ads and keeping tabs on social media trends

• Tracking and documenting performance data for every ad you produce

• Pitching new ideas and creative concepts (yes, your voice matters here)

   

Profile

• Final-year student from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole), looking for your end-of-study internship for January 2027

• Clear communicator, fluent both in English and French

• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable digging into data to make decisions

• Genuine interest in mobile apps, games, or performance marketing

• Autonomous and proactive; you'd rather figure things out than wait to be told

• Good understanding of the casual mobile game market and mobile advertising

• Ability to create clean 2D assets in Photoshop

• A sharp eye for social media trends and mobile marketing

For all our opportunities, it starts as a final-year internship, and converts to a permanent contract based on performance.
