- Promotes superior guest service.
- Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
- Enforces Casino regulatory rules and regulations, Casino internal controls and accounting controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Ensures compliance with Gaming Regulations and other Federal/State agencies
- Assists in monitoring business demands and makes necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments.
- Assists the Cage Shift Manager with day-to-day operation of the Cages to include training, counseling, and supervision of employees.
- Promotes superior Guest service to both Internal and External Guests.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with all departments.
- Handles guest service and employee related issues with composure and professionalism
- Assumes the responsibilities of the Cage Shift Manager in his/her absence.
- Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary:
Supervises others while delivering exceptional guest service while meeting guest Slot Ticket Redemption, Chip Redemption, Check Cashing and Player Services.
