Players Club Representative

The Players Club Representative assists in executing all efforts of the Marketing department with promotions and events and assists guests to enroll in the Players Club program. Ideal candidates possess superior customer service skills, problem solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn various computer systems and programs. 1 to 3 years of previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
