Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Installation Manager to lead our plumbing installation team and oversee daily residential projects. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for team performance, job quality, field support, training, scheduling, and operational results.

The ideal candidate has strong residential plumbing experience, knowledge of plumbing codes and installation standards, and the ability to coach, develop, and hold technicians accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the residential plumbing installation team.
  • Train team members on installation techniques, code compliance, safety, and company procedures.

Work Environment:

Works in residential field environments, including climbing ladders, navigating uneven surfaces, and working in confined spaces. Regularly moves materials up to 50 pounds and operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members and work in outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.

$80,000—$120,000 USD
