The Role (What You'll Own)

As a Plumbing Installer, you'll perform professional residential plumbing installations while ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with homeowners, installers, warehouse staff, and management to deliver efficient, high-quality installations that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation Excellence

• Install residential plumbing systems and equipment
• Install water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, fixtures, and piping
• Perform plumbing remodels and replacements
• Verify installations meet local plumbing codes
• Test systems to ensure proper operation

Customer Experience

• Maintain a professional appearance
• Explain completed work to homeowners
• Protect customer property throughout installation
• Leave every job site clean and organized

Performance & Accountability

• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality
• Maintain productivity expectations
• Accurately document completed work in ServiceTitan
• Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment

Communication & Teamwork

• Communicate with dispatch and management
• Coordinate with warehouse and parts departments
• Assist apprentices and junior installers
• Support teammates to complete projects successfully

Standards & Consistency

• Follow all company safety standards
• Maintain a clean company vehicle
• Participate in ongoing technical training
• Represent Sierra professionally on every job

What We're Looking For

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Nevada driver's license 
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
• Residential plumbing installation experience
• Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
