We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building lasting relationships with homeowners.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform installations, maintenance, and service repairs on plumbing equipment and fixtures
• Provide homeowners with professional recommendations and solutions
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local and national plumbing codes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a five-star customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Active Plumbing license required
• 4+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
• Ability to build trust and educate homeowners on recommended solutions
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet company driving requirements
