- Hire, Train, and Lead Plumbing Team Members

- Conduct regular individual and departmental coaching and Performance Reviews

- Create technician work schedule
- Review and approve department payroll
- Handle all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
- Create, Establish and Maintain a positive Work Environment
- Hold team accountable to company policies and procedures.
