What you'll do
- Serve as the P&L owner for the business unit, responsible for annual budget preparation, review, and management
- Manage and evaluate personnel performance, setting and tracking annual work goals
- Plan career development paths for subordinates, providing guidance on talent cultivation and succession planning
- Coordinate resource allocation within the business unit and integrate with other business units/headquarters
- Formulate short, medium, and long-term product line development strategies and product specification roadmaps
- Gather market, technology, and competitor intelligence to stay updated on chip solutions and wireless trends
- Lead supply chain management and chip negotiation, controlling BOM costs and delivery risks
- Define product pricing strategies, managing gross margin and profitability targets
- Act as the key client contact, maintaining and expanding strategic partnerships
- Plan the development roadmap and layout for wireless communication technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile, RF, antenna)
- Establish R&D design specifications, processes, and quality standards
- Plan and procure high-end wireless testing instruments and measurement equipment

- Master's degree or above in Electrical, Electronic, Communication, Optoelectronics, Computer Science or related fields
- 15+ years of experience in wireless communication (RF/Antenna/Chipset) R&D or product development
- 8+ years of management experience, with a track record of leading teams of 30+ people
- Experience in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile communication, or IoT module product development and mass production
- Proficiency in RF circuit design, antenna design, and wireless communication testing and verification
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Bluetooth, LTE/5G and other wireless communication standards
- Ability to manage supply chain, chip negotiation, and cost control
- Financial literacy, capable of independently preparing and reviewing business unit budgets and P&L
- Knowledge of international regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, NCC, SRRC, etc.)

主要職責
（一）事業處經營管理
● 擔任事業處經營全責主管，負責年度預算編列、審查與 P&L 管理

● 規劃部屬職涯發展路徑，建議並指導人才培育與接班梯隊建置
● 統籌事業處資源分配，並與其他事業處／總部單位進行整合

● 主導供應鏈管理與晶片議價，控管 BOM 成本與交期風險

（三）技術研發與生產管理
● 規劃無線通訊技術（Wi-Fi、藍牙、行動通訊、RF、天線）發展藍圖與布局
● 制定研發設計規範、流程與品質標準
● 規劃並採購高階無線測試儀器與量測設備
● 建立與晶片原廠、驗證及認證機構之技術策略聯盟
● 督導產線架設、測試站規劃、治具設計與量產效率提升
● 主持專案設計審查（design review），掌控進度與跨部門整合
● 提供產品驗證與國際法規認證（如 FCC／CE／NCC／SRRC ��）之技術諮詢

1. 學歷條件
