I am looking to speak with specialist experienced PMLD Teachers that would be looking for a new long term opportunity with the ability to become permanent after two terms (dependant on performance). To be a PMLD Teacher you need to be positive, energetic, creative and friendly as these students will rely on your personality and enthusiasm you bring to the lesson to get through their school day.
These pupils will be learning from a sensory based, informal lesson plan, meaning you'll have access to resources that can support modified learning and they also have movement therapy, hydrotherapy and large classroom spaces to support mobility, as well as boasting well furnished sensory rooms to support the students sensory needs at any given moment of dysregulation.
This school is part of a larger trust that is known for its staff retention rate and fantastic training pathways to support good teachers to become great teachers! Giving you the ability to become a specialist within your field and being that we have worked in partnership with them for 5 years we have the evidence to support this.
- To be considered for this school you must have QTS or QTLS (sorry no ECTS)
