What you'll do
- Coordinates activities of the hospital-wide Point-of-Care testing program for bedside laboratory testing and ensures compliance of all hospital personnel with program standards.
- QA review, instrument set-up and validation, calibration verification, linearity testing, new lot reagent verification, maintenance, troubleshooting, training of designated nursing personnel, inventory control, quality control, proficiency testing and participation in on-site inspections.
- Fosters teamwork in doing whatever is necessary to maintain a smooth running POCT program.
- Ensures compliance with enterprise POCT program.

- Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license

QUALIFICATIONS

Salary Range:
