- Provide mobile Podiatry care to residents of senior care communities
- Make all clinical decisions regarding patient care
- Perform Diabetic Foot Care
- Conduct Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
- Provide Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
- Treat Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers
- Treat Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain
- Perform Toenail clipping, debridement and removal
- Provide Routine nail and footcare

- Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
- Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion
- Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine

- All scheduling and billing - completed by 360Care
- Full office support including a Care Coordination team handling all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op and IT support
