As a Portfolio Assistant, you will serve as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations and efficient execution of administrative processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys organization, relationship management, and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Working closely with advisors, clients, and business partners, you will help streamline operations and support administrative projects within the team.
 

What You'll Do

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics to ensure efficient coordination of client appointments and team activities.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, meeting materials, and client review packages to support financial planning and investment discussions.

What You'll Bring

Salary:

$38,000.00 - $72,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
