QUALIFICATION(s)

Master, preferably in English, from a premium university, an EFL qualification,

Certification in the English language which can prove attainment of C2 proficiency [Optional]

PORTFOLIO MANAGER

[ADULT LEARNING (COLLEGE & CORPORATE) and

TEST PREPARATION (IELTS, OET, TOEFL, CUET etc.]

ACTIVITIES 

ü List/portfolio management: creating product plan, Scope of Work [SoW] of the products considering product-market fit

ü User stories to define product market fitment

ü Quality assurance and checklists of every product, programme and solution

ü Editing of content for delivery in multiple formats as per the SoW

ü Ensure the pedagogical/andragogical soundness of the content

ü Deliver projects from scope to final product delivery as per the approved SoW, budget and timelines

ü Liaise with authors and reviewers for content development and peer reviews

ü Liaise with the media production team for production and digital asset development work

ü Prepare briefs for typesetting, designing, digital asset development and checking intermittent proofs and deliveries till the final signoffs

ü Any other work or activity assigned by the leadership team or emerged as a requirement from the business

CUSTOMER CENTRICITY

ü Product training of sales, marketing and training team

ü Product training support for customers

ü Participate in customer engagement initiatives of the group

ü Customer surveys and interaction to understand their needs, expectations and aspirations

ü Stay up to date wrt the latest innovation, competition and policies that influence the portfolio segment
