- Conduct one-on-one and group meetings with the program teams to check status, provide guidance, and work through any issues to achieve positive outcomes.
- Interface with customers to develop relationships, ensure the highest quality of service, and drive future business opportunities.
- Provide business expertise to proposals, ensuring that submissions align with mission, financial, and Division strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (engineering, finance, contracts, growth, supply chain) to ensure alignment and timely execution of program goals.
- Provide solutions to any identified deficiencies within the planning and execution of the portfolio.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency, quality, and overall program execution.

- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in engineering, business, or an equivalent degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience.
- Generally has 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external customers while collaborating with company / industry leaders to gather cutting edge solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading development or production teams to develop hardware / software solutions.
- Twelve or more years of experience in leading cross disciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and customers to deliver hardware / software solutions.
- Must have strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance. (U.S. citizenship is required)
- Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville – North Alabama area.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
