What You'll Do

As a Portfolio Resource Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Client Service Manager to support daily branch operations by:

  • Coordinating schedules and staffing needs across the Thunder Bay portfolio.
  • Filling open shifts while ensuring contractual staffing requirements are met.
  • Communicating schedules and updates clearly with security professionals.
  • Responding promptly to scheduling requests and employee support tickets.
