- Acts as a member of the development team providing solutions that meet technical and cost needs.
- Works with engineering, supply chain and other functional business teams to deliver complete electrical design for power converters or power converter subsystems.
- Read and understand the full scope of the product or project (Technical Specifications)
- Technical discussions internal, with suppliers and with clients to identify appropriate solutions
- Full Electrical Design and Coordination of the entire life of the product from the Project to the Final Tests and Competition
- Manufacturing Support during all processes, when necessary
- Seek improvements and meet costs and deliveries according to company expectations
- Support for improvement initiatives
