About this role
We are looking for a motivated PPC Trainee / Junior PPC Executive to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a candidate who has completed 6 months of training or an internship in Google Ads and Meta Ads and is eager to build a career in performance marketing. You will work under the guidance of senior PPC executives to learn and execute live campaigns, gaining hands-on exposure to real client accounts and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Support keyword research, audience research, and basic competitor analysis
- Help create and test ad copies, headlines, and creatives under supervision
- Monitor daily campaign performance and report anomalies or opportunities to senior team members
- Learn to track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
- Assist with conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) under guidance
- Support A/B testing of ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Help prepare basic performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Stay updated on Google Ads and Meta Ads platform updates, features, and best practices
- Coordinate with design/content team for creatives and landing page requirements
- Take ownership of small campaigns/tasks as skills develop, with growth into independent campaign management
Requirements
- Completed a 6-month training/certification course in Google Ads & Meta Ads (institute training, internship, or online certification accepted)
- Basic understanding of PPC concepts — campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and ad formats
- Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager (practice accounts or live projects both acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn, good analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Preferred / Good to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Any live/practice campaign experience during training
- Basic understanding of SEO or social media marketing
