PR & MARKETING ADMIN ASSOCIATE

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist department with sourcing of packaging materials, branded physical touchpoints, ensuring end-to-end communication with vendors and internal stakeholders (coordination of quotations, sampling, consolidation/submission of orders, delivery)
• Coordination of seasonal sample orders from global PR & Marketing teams, working closely with the manufacturing team on fulfilment 
• Handle general admin duties for the wider division, inclusive of monthly budget consolidations, claim submissions, POs, invoice processing, etc
• Managing department sample inventory and supporting the warehouse/logistics teams to ensure destination-specific regulatory and customs compliance for product deliveries
• Facilitate relevant shipments and liaise with local and global courier services
• Assist in undertaking ad-hoc assignments as & when required

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ equivalent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup functions would be advantageous)
• Ability to coordinate between various departments and manage timelines
• Great attention to detail, careful and precise
• Possess good communication skills and a team player
