We are looking for an experienced Practice Pharmacist with expertise in patient monitoring and recall in primary care to join our team as a Practice Support Pharmacist. This role ensures our clients achieve the best possible outcomes with our software. As a Practice Support Pharmacist, you will onboard and support GP practices, ensuring the successful adoption of the Abtrace platform. You will use your expertise in recall and monitoring for Long Term Conditions and Medications, to help practices optimise workflows, enhance patient care, and improve practice performance. This customer-facing role involves training, troubleshooting, and proactively engaging with practices to maximise their value from the software. You will also gather user feedback and collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve the platform and client experience.
