What you'll do
- Allgemeine Unterstützung des Bereichs HR & Crewing
- Beantworten von Anfragen von Bewerber*innen mit Fokus auf Positionen im Basecamp und Volunteer-Crew
- Screening von Bewerbungen zur Vorauswahl an Hiring Manager*innen
- Datenerfassung und -pflege des Crewing-Talentpools
- Administrative Betreuung der Rotation
- Erstellen von Power-Point Präsentationen und Protokollen
- Vorbereitung von Social-Media Postings zur Bewerber*innengewinnung
