What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to the PCN manager and Health Inequalities Lead Coordinator.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing meetings, including minute-taking, scheduling, and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and databases for the PCN, including training records, extended access and Saturday rotas and associated recording on EMIS, and regular and occasional Team and associated meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt and recording of strategic returns data.
  • Maintain PCN registers e.g. assets and databases e.g. distribution lists related to the PCN services.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Act as a point of contact for PCN staff and external stakeholders.
  • Manage internal communications within the network, under the direction of the PCN Manager, and ensure timely dissemination and collation of information.
  • Liaise with other healthcare providers, local authorities, and organizations as required.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of PCN inequalities initiatives and projects.
  • Support the coordination of services and events, such as clinics or patient outreach events.
  • Support the PCN Manager with the tracking of project progress and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
