Principal Coordinator, HR - Payroll

Summary: 

• Assist, manage and help ensure day-to-day operations, meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources

General Responsibilities: 

Timekeeping and Payroll Administration

• Review and audit calculations and ensures submission within schedule

• Lead processing of Timekeeping and Payroll with very minimal supervision 

• Handle end to end administration of Timekeeping and Payroll 

• Analyze system interfacing results (HRIS & Payroll system) and recommend solutions

• Prepare Gross to Net Analysis Report and other Finance-required reports on Payroll

• Handle Tier 2 case management - root cause analysis, remediation & preventive solution for  survey detractors 

• Address associate queries on Payroll/Timekeeping via Case Management tool 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Educational Background: Preferably College Degree

• Professional Experience: At least 2 years related HR work experience

• Amenable to working in a hybrid setup on a shifting schedule

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Analytical Thinking

• Proficiency in Excel

• Time Management Skills

• Results-focus and Detail-oriented

• Strong collaboration and customer-orientation for both external and external customers

• Flexibility in handling various tasks assigned
