- Mentor junior ecologists and provide technical leadership across the team.

I'm working with a leading environmental consultancy that's looking to appoint a Principal Ecologist to join its growing ecology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant ready to lead complex projects, mentor ecologists and play an active role in business development and team growth.
