- Proficient in 3D action design and production across multiple styles, with engine-related work experience
- Participate in specific action design tasks and review action assets submitted by outsourcing partners
- Responsible for designing in-game character actions, with in-depth analysis, understanding, and production experience regarding character motion principles
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Artist to define game action style, and produce action design templates and specifications
- Possess strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude, coordinate throughout the entire production pipeline, and deliver the product's art quality
