Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing

• Architect Intelligent Data Pipelines: Design, build, and optimize robust high-level and low-level architectures for enterprise ETL pipelines. Ingest, transform, and normalize massive volumes of global real estate data leveraging Kafka and Elasticsearch.

• Drive AI & Innovation: Integrate machine learning models and AI-driven capabilities into core data products to power features like predictive analytics, intelligent search, automated data tagging, and model optimization.

• Build High-Performance Pipelines & Applications: Develop fast, scalable, and user-friendly software applications and standards-based pipelines that power the global real estate economy.

• Provide Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Foster professional growth by mentoring junior engineers, establishing code review practices, and driving modern engineering, testing, and AI development standards.

• Lead Complex Projects: Act as the technical lead on major initiatives. Drive project timelines, establish measurable goals, and break down complex solution approaches into manageable execution paths.

• Bridge Business & Tech: Apply critical thinking to translate complex business needs and customer requests into clear technical requirements, turning conceptual ideas into high-quality engineering tasks.

Job Qualifications:

Core Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering and enterprise data architecture experience.

• Expert-Level ETL & Data Engineering: Deep expertise in designing, monitoring, and scaling complex, high-throughput, enterprise-grade data pipelines.

• Streaming & Search Ecosystems: Hands-on mastery of production-scale SQLServer, Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch.

• AI/ML Integration & Lifecycle: Proven experience integrating AI/ML capabilities, including embedding models, LLM APIs, vector databases, predictive modeling, and AI SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) / model optimization.

• High-Scale APIs: A proven track record of architecting and building highly scalable, low-latency, production-grade APIs.

• Modern Engineering Practices: Expert understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, Unit Testing, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

• Technical Leadership: Extensive experience mentoring junior engineers, coaching multi-disciplinary teams, and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Advanced AI Paradigms: Experience with Agentic AI systems, workflows, and knowledge frameworks.

• Domain Standards: Experience working with Real Estate Data standards (e.g., RESO).

• Protocols & Security: Familiarity with oData, OpenID Connect, and OAuth2.

• UI Familiarity: Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular and JavaScript.

Annual Pay Range:

134,400 - 165,000 USD
