Introduction

We are seeking a Principal Specialist APAC Talent Acquisition, based in Taiwan, to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes for our Taiwan. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide consultative guidance, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless, value-added recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Engineering, and Commercial functions across the organization.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support effective talent decisions.

• Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing, to attract and engage high-quality talent.

• Screen and evaluate resumes, qualifications, and experience to ensure alignment with business requirements and role expectations.

• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and provide hiring teams with objective candidate assessments and recommendations.

• Manage the offer process, including compensation benchmarking, offer preparation, negotiations, and reference checks where required.

• Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.

• Ensure regular communication and status updates to candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

• Support recruitment projects, talent initiatives, employer branding activities, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition 

• Prior working experience in an engineering/manufacturing/semi-conductor environment preferred 

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Workday 

• High-volume recruitment experience and audit processes 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

• Discreet in handling confidential information 

• Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
