The CSCP organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as plan, source, make, deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), sustainability, and decommissioning of datacenter assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing and fulfillment capacity to support global cloud expansion effectively.
• Design and develop strategies and capabilities for new product operations, enhancing their scalability and use.
• Establish key performance indicators and drive cross-organizational communication to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Acts as a strategic advisor and key liaison between teams and senior leadership.
• Engages stakeholders, including senior leaders, to align on strategic objectives and initiatives. Provides status updates, proposing recommendations for change, and influences critical stake holders for decisions needed. 
• Leads and cultivates a culture of continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 8+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 6+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR equivalent experience

Other Requirements

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud hardware manufacturing and fulfillment.
• Expertise in strategy development and performance management.
• Skilled in optimizing supply chain processes to achieve operational excellence.

Supply Planning IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
