  • Lead Development of Cutting-Edge ATE Test Solutions : As a Senior Level Test Engineer, you will spearhead the development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne tester platforms.

  • Bridge Design and Production : Lead the translation of simulation test patterns into ATE-ready test programs, ensuring seamless handoff from design validation to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Optimize and Innovate : Play a lead role in optimizing test flows, reducing test times, removing unnecessary steps, improving yields, and releasing production test programs in collaboration with product engineers.

Marvell is seeking a highly motivated and talented Principal Test Engineer to join its dynamic New Product Introduction (NPI) test engineering team. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, including AI Compute platforms, Server, and Network Processors, contributing to the development of next-generation products.

What We're Looking For

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

136,880 - 205,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.


This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
