An established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly, respected team based in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle a varied caseload - from the routine to the complex - with autonomy and support in equal measure.
The Role
You'll take on a broad scope of private client work including:
- Wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts, and Court of Protection matters
- Advising individuals and families on estate planning and inheritance tax
- Managing files independently while ensuring exceptional client care
- Liaising with financial institutions, tax advisors, and external experts
