JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE: 3 years PQE
LOCATION: Norfolk

You will take responsibility for a varied caseload, working closely with experienced private client specialists.

• Handling a varied caseload of Private Client matters including preparing and advising on Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Dealing with the administration of Estates and Trusts.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong interest in private client work.
You should ideally have:
• Around 3 years' PQE, although applications from more experienced candidates and those who are qualified by experience are also welcomed.
• Solid experience in trust administration and trust taxation
• A private client background with experience involving all aspects of private client work
• The confidence and ability to manage your own caseload
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Strong client care skills, particularly when working with high-net-worth individuals
• It would also be beneficial if you were STEP qualified or working towards it
