About the Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you’ll take ownership of a varied and rewarding caseload, supporting clients through some of life’s most important decisions. Your work will cover a broad range of matters, including:
- Inheritance tax planning
- Asset protection and estate structuring
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts and probate
- Court of Protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
This is a role where your legal expertise and empathy will make a tangible difference to clients’ lives, while also allowing you to develop your skills and build lasting relationships.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ PQE and a solid background in private client law. You’ll be compassionate, approachable, and highly organised — someone who combines strong technical ability with exceptional client care. You’ll thrive both independently and as part of a close-knit team, and you’ll be genuinely passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
